Returns Policy


All sales are final. No returns. We do exchanges! As soon as your product(s) is/are purchased, it is considered YOUR item, in which we are not able to refund the merchandise. Although we know every situation is different, so we like to deal with each one accordingly to resolve any issues. We do exchanges! Product(s) must be in the condition you received them in, and must be sent back under your own will to our warehouse. Product(s) must be sent back within 7 calendar days after it was received.

Rep Code Activation Fee / Rep Hosting Fee:
Rep Code Activation / Rep Hosting Fees are non-refundable.

Rep Code Activation / Rep Hosting Fees are services that we immediately deliver as soon as your order is in. We provide hosting of your account on our website with a representative dashboard and we activate your code, linking it to your account and attaching a discount to the code. In the event that a shipment does not arrive at the address specified for the order or your order is incomplete you must report to Customer Service that the product was not received. We ask that these reports are made within ten (10) business days from the delivery date.
